Delivery Information

Our flat rate delivery charge of £9.50+VAT will be added at checkout.

All orders over £500 are eligible for FREE DELIVERY

 

We dispatch orders once all items are in stock. If you need part of your order sooner, we recommend placing separate orders to avoid delays.

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. While we strive to dispatch stocked items within 1–2 working days, delivery may take longer if products are being sourced directly from the manufacturer. If this occurs, we’ll keep you informed of any delays.

Please note: if your order includes any collection-only items, the entire order will default to collection. To have the remaining items delivered, please place a separate order or contact us to discuss your options.

If you request for a parcel to be left in a designated location, you accept full responsibility for its security. B&B Groundcare cannot be held liable for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered as instructed.

Some machinery may contain residual fuel or oil due to pre-delivery testing and quality checks. In certain cases, machines may be repackaged to ensure safe and secure delivery.

 

Important Notice

Please read carefully before accepting your delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must either refuse the delivery or sign for the parcel(s) as "DAMAGED".

If the number of parcel(s) does not match the delivery note, please sign as "SHORT DELIVERY".

If you're unable to check the parcel(s) at the time of delivery, sign as "UNCHECKED".

It is your responsibility to ensure the appropriate note is made before signing for the delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve issues with the courier once a parcel has been signed for without the correct notation.

All courier-related damage or discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days via email or telephone. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues reported after this period.
